Utah's Hogle Zoo
I love hanging out with my family especially when we go out and do fun things. This is the second time we have gone to the zoo, and I had a blast. At least this time my camera was working so I was able to get pictures. There are so many different animals and it is just such a blast.

Miss Mya's first time at the zoo!

I think the zoo is a blast and you should go every once in a while whenever possible. It is also a great thing to do with the family.

Oh Happy Day!
I finally got my GPS! It is so exciting to have a new toy! Guys always have toys they go out and buy, I finally decided I wanted one as well. I found a really great deal and paid $200 less than it was normally sold for. It comes with hands free capabilities so I can have phone calls and not have to hold my phone to my head while I drive. It is very true I don't really need one in Salt Lake, but hey, I want one when I want to go out of town to go visit family members in other towns where I don't know exactly how to get there. :) So I am way happy for this.

Coconino High School Class of 2008
Coconino High School Class of 2008 marked the 40 class to graduate from Coconino High School! It was a blast to go see my friends graduate. I had a good number of friends graduating this year.

I love it when I can go back home and have a blast with some of my old friends, and make new friends also while I am there. I got to hang out with Tyler and Stephen a lot along with Laurie, and hanging out at the high school the last few days it was in session. I got to have a little break which was much needed.

The Memory of years we've spent with you we hold so high.
As we sing Coconino High School, cherished Alma Mater dear,
How we will think of your glory, lasting still throughout the years!
All hail, Coconino, all hail to our school, and forever may you stand

I'm back!
So it has been a while since I have been able to write on my blog. My computer has been out of service since my computer cord broke. But now I am back and I have lots of random things that have been going on. I finally was able to move out of where I was at and I now live with my cousin Steven. It is such a blast to live here. We have some good times staying up late playing games on the weekends and just hanging out. Its kinda nice to have a friend around since all of my other friends went home for the summer. It sucks to not just have people around to go hang out with all the time. I do have one friend from work who I hang out with every once in a while. We just hang out at his frat house and play with the Wii! Which I must say isn't very much fun since I have never been big on video games in the first place. lol But oh well. So that is a little run down on my life as of right now. Nothing really exciting going on. But here are a few little flash backs to school and some of the things I miss doing since school has been out.

I don't know what is was about our group, we all just loved Peanut Butter. Every time I would go to Dan's dorm room, the first thing I would always do was take his Peanut Butter. So finally one day I decided to buy my own, I had it less than a day and one of the guys had stolen it. The last place I knew it was was Jake and Josh's room, even though Jake denies stealing it, but all the other guys say he took it out of my car.

Out of all the guys who left for the summer, Dan is the one I miss the most. We were just great friends and I could talk to him about almost anything. At least he didn't move to far. He is just living in Provo, but he wont be moving back here after the summer. He is going to just stay in Provo and work till he leaves on his mission when ever that might be. He doesn't turn 19 till November. But it still sucks that I have to go to Provo when ever I want to hang out with him. But at least we still have our facebook, messenger and texting to communicate with each other.
This has got to be my new love, I want one so bad, but that is going to have to wait, because my next big purchase I want a GPS. I know you all are wondering why I would want one or even need one. I think they are great things and they really do help you to find places. And I like them when you are on long road trips, and I wont go to see Jennifer ever if I don't have one. So I guess I need to start saving up for one since I want to go and visit Jennifer at least by the end of summer when I am all finished with school.
Oh I love skateboarding and I don't know why. I am not even good at it, I just think it is fun to ride on them. I keep getting told by different people that if I am going to get a skateboard I really should get a longboard, but the thing is I don't think they are as much fun as skateboarding. I don't think there is as much challenge with a longboard, but who knows what I will finally decided to do.

Dan doing a few jumps off the steps!
Tim showing off his new board.
Josh doing some crazy stunts!
A Pretty sweet tag! But I won't say by who.
Well there is a little bit about me the last few weeks, I hopefully will be better about getting things put up here. Sorry that my blogs tend to suck but oh well.

Road Trip
11:30 at night I got a text from Jake telling me he was bored and wanted to go do something. I had no idea what we would do since it was so late at night, and the previous two nights Dan, Josh, and I had been kicked out of two different parks by the cops. So I didn't really want a repeat of that one. So We stopped by the guys dorms to grab Jake and we just took off driving. We really couldn't figure out what we wanted to do. So I had the brilliant idea that we should drive to Idaho or something like that. And right then Jason called me and asked what I was up to. I told him that we couldn't figure out what to do. So We drove back to the dorms, basically ambushed Jason and went into his room to figure out what we wanted to do.

Jake thought it would be fun to go to Wendover, but that was pointless since Jason was the only one who is 21. So the next idea was to go to Wyoming, but Jason hates Wyoming, and it had been snowing like crazy there all day. Las Vegas was another choice, but are you kidding me. I had work at noon.... we would not make it there and back, plus that is so much more gas. So the next best thing was Idaho. So we stopped by Maverick gassed up and grabbed some snacks and off we went to Idaho.

It was so random and such a blast. We decided not to just go straight up the highway. We took a detour through Logan up to Preston Idaho. We stopped took pictures at the Logan temple and it was snowing like crazy.
We also
stopped at the signs for both the Idaho and the Utah signs. This was the first time Jessie had ever been to Idaho. No we didn't do anything in Idaho, but at least she has been there now. It is so much fun to be in a group of friends where you can just take off and drive somewhere and have a blast doing it.

and on our way back we each took pictures with Dino the Sinclare Dinosaur.

It was so spontaneous what we all needed after a crazy week of finals and the stress that always comes with finals. I love my friends and how crazy we all can be some days. I love having friends like this that are willing to just go on crazy adventures. I can't wait for the fall when they are back. I am going to miss them over the summer for sure.

Graduation and Move-out day!
Why didn't I walk you might ask? Well that is what I am asking my self. Because I didn't know I could walk. But I am getting over the fact I couldn't walk with all of my friends, but luckily I am still going to be able to get my diploma the same time they do, since you know
they just mail it to your house anyways. And if I am bored next year and feel like walking, they will allow for me too.... so who knows what the future might hold. I at least was able to get pictures with some of my better friends yesterday, so that was a good thing. It was a sad day, but a good one at the same time.
Yesterday was move-out day for a good number of my friends, this has made me sad. Dan who I am going to miss very much moved down to Provo, so luckily he isn't to far away and I have a car. Josh is going into surgery for his knee today and will be heading back to Washington, then off to serve the Lord he will go. We don't know where yet, but I will know after he gets his papers completed next month. Tomorrow morning about 4:00AM Jessica and Jake will be heading off to Northern California where they are from but they will be back after the summer for fall. So that will be good to see them again. But that is how life goes, school ends and people move on to bigger better things. It just sucks sometimes, but I know I will always survive, just remember to breath every morning when I wake up and everything will be just fine.

Pranks!
All this week I have known something was going to happen. I just had a feeling the guys were up to no good when they would talk about things behind my back. Well Sunday morning I finally was about to watch General Conference on my computer before I headed off to sing outside temple square to drowned out the protesters. I was doing my daily e-mail checks of facebook, yahoo, gmail, and hotmail when I noticed my friend Jake had posted new pictures in an album titled "Melissa's Car Ssshhhh!!!!!!!" So I quickly opened up to find these pictures.

Jacob (in the brown), Euijoon (In the white), and Dan (In the grey) were the guys behind everything.I thought it was really funny to find my car that way. And it being General Conference lots of people saw it since the guys dorms are right across the street from the Conference Center. One lady laughed when I went and was cleaning it off. I thought the whole thing was very comical. But the guys having it coming back to them. I am way excited for pay back! I will post more pictures when that happens.
