San Francisco

So a few weeks back Casey gave me a big surprise and flew me to California so that I could see where he lived. It was a lot of fun. He tried to keep the whole thing a secret, but me being who I am figured it out! It may not have been a complete surprise, but I still had a blast. We went to his home town which is a little ways away from San Francisco. But Saturday we went and walked down the pier. I had a blast getting to go there and see San Francisco for the first time ever.
We didn't go on a tour but I did get a picture of Alcatraz!
I love this man!
The Sea Lions that are all over in this one spot at Pier 39.

Right before we got to the bridge.Crossing the Golden Gate Bridge. I was excited, I have always wanted to go to San Francisco.

The day we flew out! These are pictures from the plane. It was a so much fun, I am glad he took me for the weekend.
I can't wait till Christmas when I get to go back for a second time and go do a little more sight seeing. :)

Back Track 4 Park City

So over conference weekend Casey and I were able to go and attend the first session of general conference at the conference center. I got to meet his sister Leanna because she had come into town to go see conference as well. It was a lot of fun. But that night Casey and I headed up to Park City to meet a few friends and stay at our friend Stephanie's parents house that they rent out up there. It was such a nice house with a very wonderful view. It was a lot of fun to get away and hang out with some people and watch conference.Casey taking a nap between sessions.

Some of us watching conference on the big screen downstairs.

The next morning after playing late into the night.

The view from the bedroom.

The gigantic house we got to stay in. This picture doesn't even give it justice as to how much room there was inside. I am so glad we got to go up and hang out with everyone for a night and a day.

Back Track 3 Casey's Birthday

So on October 1st was Casey's Birthday! HAPPY BIRTHDAY CASEY! So this was an interesting day, it wasn't only Casey's birthday it was the first time I got to meet Casey's parents. They flew into town just for his birthday. I was a nervous wreck all day long. I didn't know really how I felt about meeting the parents. I had never had to do that before. Any other time I knew the parents before I ever started dating the guy... so this was a very nerve wracking experience. His parents flew into town and we met them down on temple square because we were going to have dinner in the Joseph Smith Memorial Building at The Roof. It was a good time once I kinda got use to things, but it was still a little uncomfortable. But here are some pictures of us

.

Back Track 2 Arizona

I had been planning on going on a camp out with some of my friends up here since they had all been gone for the summer, but one night I was talking to Casey to see what he wanted to do for the weekend. He told me he would be doing whatever I wanted to do. So I asked him, "well, what if I want to go to Arizona this weekend?" He told me that he would be perfectly fine with it. I gave him a confused look, then the idea popped into my head, "why not". So I told him okay and that I would call my mom the next morning to let her know we were coming. He had a worried look like, "why did I just say that?" So the week went by he seemed to warm up to the idea a little bit more. So Friday night we headed to Arizona.
Getting our scripture study done on the way down.
Trying to stay awake! LOL

It was a fun night driving with just the two of us. We did a lot of talking and getting to know each other a little better. The next morning we got up for breakfast with everyone. John and Sarah made biscuits and gravy. It was interesting being around the table with the whole family. After breakfast we all went our seperate ways for a while to get a few things done before taking off up to the mountains to eat lunch/dinner up at Locket Meadow. Sarah got working on the big birthday cake for all the September birthdays we have in our family. Ashlyn got to help her out as she did it.

Casey, Brandon, Michael and myself went out before everyone else to go shooting. It was a blast to get to go shooting again. I love doing it and I enjoy it thoroughly.

When everyone else got there they kids just sat and watched while we all got to have the fun. Of course the mom's all said they little ones couldn't shoot the guns, but we did get a few moms to try out the guns. That was a lot of fun.

Once we were done we headed up the montain to Locket Meadow to have dinner and just hang around for the most part. It was a fun weekend and I am glad I got to do it.

On the way back home we took a little detour and went to see the Manti Temple. Tha t was really nice to get a chance to go and see that esspecially on a Sunday. I am so glad I got to go on this trip with Casey, Oh ya also on the way home I managed to get my car to 107, you can even see the evidence on my gps in the last picture!

Back Track 1 State Fair

Well I know I have been slacking a lot of not doing my blog, so now I will do a little catching up on some things from the past few months. September 13, I went to the Utah State Fair with Casey, and our friends Kaylee and Brett. It was a blast, well kinda, we hadn't really planned anything completely through, so pretty much we just met at Casey's place, had some pizza before we took off. We went to the fair and Casey and I ended up ditching Kaylee and Brett, which was fine by me since we ended up finding the tractor pulls... That was a blast, I miss the country side of me. So we ended up watching that for a little while before we decided we should go try and find the others. Once we found them we took them over to the tractor pulls because it is kind of entertaining to watch.

After everything else we just went back to Kaylee's to play a few games and hung out for a little while before we ended up calling it a night, but it was fun for the most part of the evening seeing is how we hadn't really had any plans set in stone.
